Mr. Segerman is a licensed engineer, attorney, and an LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. He received his Civil Engineering Degree from Washington University – St. Louis and his Law degree from George Washington University. Mr. Segerman is a well-versed real estate and construction professional with strengths in real estate development, business operations, energy, energy efficiency and financing. With over 20 years of real estate and land development experience, Mr. Segerman has worked on exciting projects including Washington DC’s National Harbor, DC WMATA, Blair Towns (the first LEED Certified Apartments in the US), and University Town Center.
Mr. Rosenfelt is a 1974 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with both a Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and Delaware. He has over 30 years experience in planning and design of site development projects, sewer and water treatment facilities, public utility systems, stormwater management, and hydraulic and flood control facilities. Responsibilities include project management, civil and sanitary engineering, environmental analysis and administration. He has been with the firm since 1985.
Ms. Junker is a 1996 graduate of University of Baltimore with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She previously owned Datum Services, prior to its acquisition by Colbert Matz Rosenfelt, Inc. in 2008. She has successfully provided consulting and processing services for developers, architects, engineers, land planners, contractors and property owners since 2001. Ms. Junker is the Past Chairwoman of University of Baltimore’s Real Estate and Economic Advisory Board, and served on the Board as a Board Member from 2009-2013.
